Vībroǔdgä Gîshä Kēä (/vaɪ̯̄bɹaʊ̯̌ʤæ/ /gɪ̂ʃæ/ [orbit] [barrier; hurdle]) is a subtropical Town located in the Voī̂mêē Region of the Confederation of Goblin Tribes.

The name Vībroǔdgä Gîshä Kēä is derived from the Goblin language, as Vībroǔdgä Gîshä Kēä was founded by Garê Glkesîyê Gadsmêye, who was culturaly Goblin.

Climate

The establishment of Vībroǔdgä Gîshä Kēä suffered from several major issues, resulting in the need to develop many solutions to basic problems. Problems such as a lack of fresh water, logistical support, poor quality tools, and the odd monster or two. Howeaver, these were overcome in time.

Vībroǔdgä Gîshä Kēä was built using the conventions of Goblin durring the early 12th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Vībroǔdgä Gîshä Kēä is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature timber framed wooden shiethed or brick construction, which gives form to a very formalized, rational, expence effishent arcatectural style based on strictly symmetrical designs which universaly feature pitched roofs, shutters, and the occasional column or pilaster for a decorative touch.

Vībroǔdgä Gîshä Kēä is buildings are built arround a single crampt cobblestone mainstreet which forms a counterclockwise spiral to give the town a over all circular shape. The town is protected by a renforced stone fence which sits atop earthwork defences, for some of the best inexpencive defences a town of Vībroǔdgä Gîshä Kēä's size could have. The town's well-designed, yet cheep are visibly old, but also obviously well maintained. Its likly the local malishia or garrison are tasked with routine mantance of the town's defences.

Right off the bat Vībroǔdgä Gîshä Kēä hits you in the face with its success. Everyone, even the peasants, are dressed in well made clothing. Every tool and implement you can see is finely made, and people will boast to you as obvious strangers of the wonders which can be found in their markets. More interestingly is a total lack of beggars, and plenty of new buildings are going up even as you speak. Somehow this town has come into quite a lot of wealth, and recently from the looks of things.

Vībroǔdgä Gîshä Kēä has a Parks and Recreation Department, which is responsible for the construction, management, and usage rights for all of its parks and parklands.

Vībroǔdgä Gîshä Kēä has a public schooling program overseen by the Hall of Sages who has the responsibility of ensuring access to affordable high-quality education in all basic classes (Reading, Writing, Mathmatics, General Sciences, General Arcana, and Social Education) is made available to all citizens.

Cultural Notes

Two or more groups of citizens within Vībroǔdgä Gîshä Kēä hate each other. Their neighbors or the local law have kept things from too-overt violence, but members of the groups will constantly interfere with their rivals and cause whatever misery they can get away with. This hate may spring from recent events, or it may be an inherited spite from old wrongs.

Vībroǔdgä Gîshä Kēä's bank was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used is inspired by the natural world, characterized by sinuous, sculptural, organic shapes, arches, curving lines, and sensual ornamentation. Common motifs included stylized versions of leaves, flowers, vines, insects, animals, and other natural elements. Decorative elements found on the inside and outside of buildings include intricate mosaic work, curved windows, and decorative trim work. .
